Welcome to Coachella Festival Transport! We’re here to make your festival weekend smooth, safe, and  enjoyable. When you book with us, you reserve a vehicle that’s dedicated just to your group only for the  entire festival — we never mix other passengers into your ride.  

Our drivers are carefully screened, and we do our best to arrive on time, communicate clearly, and provide  a comfortable, safe ride. Like all travel, there can be a few normal risks — traffic, delays, or lost items.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:  

-A vehicle dedicated only to your group for the weekend.

-Friendly, vetted drivers focused on safety and service.

-Our best effort to be on time and provide a smooth ride.

-Clear communication if plans or schedules shift.  

What We Ask From You

-Understand that some things (like traffic or delays) are outside our control.

-Keep your belongings safe with you during travel.

-No alcohol, drugs, or open containers inside the vehicle.

-Treat drivers and vehicles with care and respect. 

-Let us know right away if you have a concern so we can help.  

Friendly Note:  

We provide a private, exclusive-use transport service for festival guests. We are not a taxi, bus line, or  public transportation provider. By booking, you agree that we cannot be responsible for accidents, injuries,  delays, or lost items beyond our reasonable control. California law does not allow agreements to cover  serious misconduct or unlawful acts, and any disputes would be handled in Riverside County.  Acknowledgment: By booking or riding with us, you agree to this Guest Agreement and help us keep the  experience safe, private, and enjoyable

Payments: 

Payments are to me made at the time of your your pick-up.  Payments are not to be paid directly to driver and are to be paid by the exact same method you used to pay your deposit.  If paying by day, payment is to be made at initial pick-up each day of the festival, before the vehicle leaves.  TIPS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR INITIAL QUOTED PRICE AND ARE TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE DRIVER.  If you want to use your method of payment for tips, please let us know so that we can be sure your driver receives their tip.  Average tip rate is anywhere between $100-$150 per day for your entire group.
